About the practice
Employment guidance that respects family life
Meet Techpilotgrid, a Frankfurt practice providing careful parental leave and return-to-work consultations in Germany.
Why Techpilotgrid exists
Parental leave questions often arrive in fragments: one paragraph in a contract, a date from HR, a childcare opening, and a partner’s shift pattern. Techpilotgrid was founded to help employees place those pieces in the right order before an important workplace conversation.
The practice is led by Anna Keller, an employment consultant with a background in HR policy and employee relations in German and international workplaces. Her work has included parental leave administration, reintegration discussions and the practical coordination of reduced-hour arrangements. Where a matter requires formal legal advice, she recommends an appropriately qualified employment lawyer rather than stretching the scope of a consultation.
How we work
We ask for only the information needed to understand the employment timeline. Advice is delivered in direct English, with German statutory terms retained where they help you communicate accurately with an employer or authority.
Our approach rests on three commitments:
- Specific before general. Your dates, contract and intended hours come before a general explanation of the rules.
- A preferred route and a fallback. Workplace conversations are more productive when there is room to respond without losing sight of your needs.
- Clear professional boundaries. Practical planning, legal representation, tax advice and benefit calculations are different services. We identify those boundaries openly.
