1. Acceptance and provider

These terms apply when you use this website or book a consultation with Techpilotgrid. By confirming an appointment, you accept the version supplied with your booking. Techpilotgrid can be contacted at info@techpilotgrid.digital and at the office address shown on the contact page.

2. Nature of the service

We provide practical employment planning and educational guidance concerning parental leave, reduced hours and return-to-work conversations in Germany. We do not act as your lawyer, tax adviser, benefits authority or representative. No lawyer-client relationship is created. You remain responsible for formal submissions and for obtaining specialist advice where required.

3. Booking and payment

An appointment is formed when we confirm the date and scope in writing. Fees include German VAT unless stated otherwise and must be paid by the due date on the invoice. Pricing on this website is informational and is not an online checkout.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide accurate, relevant information and check documents and dates before relying on a planning summary. Do not send unnecessary health data, identification documents or information you are not entitled to share.

5. Intellectual property

Website copy, consultation materials and our original templates remain our intellectual property. You may use a personal action summary for your own employment planning and share it with your partner or professional adviser. Publication, resale or commercial reproduction requires written permission.

6. Liability

We perform services with reasonable professional care. To the extent permitted by law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from breach of a material contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer rights.

7. Availability and website information

We may update or withdraw general website content. It is not a complete statement of German law and should not be treated as advice for a specific deadline. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability.

8. Governing law and disputes

German law governs these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their habitual residence. Statutory courts have jurisdiction. Consumers may also be entitled to use applicable dispute-resolution channels; we are neither obliged nor currently willing to participate in consumer arbitration unless the law requires it.
